"Hello madame, how might I help you?" "Oof-..watch it!" "Get out of my way then!" "Have you been to Igor's? Hes got the lowest prices in town." "UGH!"
Ana stopped in the middle of a merchant square, her eyes barely at the level of the rest of the NPC's and potential opponents in the immediate vicinity. She was aggravated, and was nearly on the verge of rage quitting if she didn't find some lowly sap to do her bidding. This town was a terrible place to re-spawn, but she didn't want to travel from one side of the world to the other just to retrieve her lost things. She tapped the bottom half of her bow against her right leg, looking for a strong man or woman easy to manipulate. Anastatia was SICK of doing all the hard work on her own. Mining wasn't high on her personal to do list. To finish a small quest she'd taken on, she needed to mine in the Marshlands of these stupid human continent. Though every time she tried forming an alliance with someone, they died within an hour. Of course, it wasn't the NPC's fault that she used them as body shields half the time.
With a single huff, she turned on her heal and headed into the nearest pub. Slinging her bow over her shoulder, she opened the door and ducked her head at the instant smell of alcohol and sweat. 'Ew..' To distract herself from the violation of her senses, the small girl adjusted the pink bows in her hair, before walking over to an unoccupied bar stool, conveniently next to a large man with a sheathed sword on his back. Target, set. Fuchsia eyes glanced up innocently at the bartender at the very moment she sat. He looked at her a bit confused but continued to serve alcohol. She may not appear to be old enough for this place, nor was her attire appropriate in the least, but he couldn't kick her out on these grounds alone; and she would abuse this immensely.
"Ahem." Her cheek turned towards the brutish man next to her, as he set his pint onto the hard wooden counter. He looked at her, just as confused as the bartender had been, though with much more animation. He wasn't an NPC. Slight disappointment surged through her, though she kept the innocence in her features. "Hi." He'd be more difficult to pursue. "Would you like to help me with a quest?" She inquired, a faint smile creeping into her features. He scoffed. "How old are you?" Her smile slowly faded at this question, her index finger twitching slightly on her right thigh. "Look princess, Why don't you go level in a field somewhere. Shoot some rabbits with that little bow of yours before you-" The man gasped in pain bending forward in his seat. Ana glared at him with a frustrated and pouty expression. Pissed.
She'd stabbed him in the side with the spare arrow she kept in her boot for quick redraw. "Ass hole!" She growled, poking him in the rib again with the point of the arrow before hopping off of the stool. The man folded over onto the floor with a thud. The bar now had suddenly come to life with shouts and screams. The bar hand grabbed a dagger from behind his counter and began to walk around the bar top in his way. The pink haired girl had already began looting the dead man's pockets on the ground trying to ignore the yelling that ensued. "Bear skin? ..Whale meat. What the fuck is wrong with this guy?" She muttered to herself, entirely disappointed there was no gold hidden in his pockets.
Ana glanced over her shoulder just in time to see the bar keep coming towards her with a dagger in hand. Her eyes grew wide for a moment before turning onto her behind and moving out of the mans way. He nearly swiped at the dead body on the ground until managing to collect himself again. Meanwhile Ana crawled between the bar stools and the counter, avoiding the chaos of clanking metal and breaking glass as she made her way towards the exit on all fours. OOC: I kno its poor. My writing isnt usually this shitty, promise..

This town was boring, the people equally the same - NPC and PC alike. Saiduq didn't know what to do with himself, this game steadily felt like it was becoming a chore. Moreover, the game gods comprehended the simple fact of how he loathed chores, especially when it comes to one of his favorite hobbies. Ideas of quitting the game punched in and out of his mind like clockwork. Disinterest ascended, muddling most of his actions, he's died four times in the past thirty minutes due to giving up to the weakest of monsters. Drive and execution became sloppy, developing him into a miffed thief.
"What to do, what do?"
[/b] he huffed in a sing song voice, head bobbing left to right, bootless feet taping on the floor, almost merrily. Obviously, he was remained at a lost. How could he be spiritless when inserted in this sort of game environment? There was plenty of adventures to be had, placed to explore, people to meet. But for the moment, everything in his onyx eyes appeared murky -- dull as his pupils appeared. A groan rumbled in a dramatic rude fashion, which rumbled his throat and gained the attention of other players and NPC in the vicinity. In reaction to their odd, questions looks, the corners of his lips descended, frowning his face in disgust as he stared back. "Whut? Am I disturbin' your boring game?"[/b] Growled the Halfling, horns on his head rising in irritation with every second they stared. Grumbling ensued as he turned in his chair, furry leg crossing one another while wiggling in his seat. The wooden chair was becoming uncomfortable or rather everything that use to be little inconvenience now became a bother. "Why am I still here..."[/b] Very good question. If he could look at the words flying out of his mouth, he would have done a double take at the simple truth that would extinguish this nightmare. He looked around, defeated look on his face, the pub didn't have many people in there, some players were now leaving, soon to be going on a quest from what he eavesdropped on. Maybe he should try another one of those... Upon heaving out a heavy sigh, Saiduq stood, hand flipping his luxurious silky hair. Attention sat on the door, which he walk out of gloomy like to discover something to do before fold, discarding his hand. Yet a tiny thing caught his eye, particularly a very short human girl whose nose was turned up. Guessing because of the constant aroma of booze that may have soaked into the walls, also the manly stench, this even got to Sai a bit. Although a flirt, he said nothing in the beginning, just observed. Interesting enough, she sauntered toward the enormous meathead of a character, query for a quest. Saiduq snorted at her question. Then mocking ensued. The brute sounded like one of the lamest characters he's ever bumped into, those lines he feed her should stay in the old days when woman belonged in the kitchen with sandwiches. "Well, damn..."[/b] the words came about almost as abrupt as the girls actions. She literally stabbed him with an arrow, twice. Surprisingly he slumped over to his knees, bitching in pain. "All bark, barely any bite. Stupid."[/b] However, the impulsive girl must have forgotten a rule, or well, Saiduq believed it to be a rule. No attacking and killing innocence or NPCs in town, though consequences were unknown to him besides from - "Oh no, Heh."[/b] the npc attacking, protecting. And that bartender was ready to give her another respawn date. Like a kid, she stumbled and crawled away, trying to make it to the door, the bartender whom missed with his first attack was prepping to come at her again. Not if he can assist her. Metal glinted on his pale face soon as he pulled out an iron dagger and spun it in his hand. Perhaps he wasn't thinking or maybe he understood exactly what he was doing. Before he knew it, steps were taking forward in an all attempt to harm the bartender. First, a swipe, the tip of the dagger drug across the bartenders back, and when the enemy turned to face him, Sai body was already in motion, spinning and connecting a foot to face. The opponent stumbled expending a little time for Sai to run toward the door. "Come on, little pretty. Ain't no time to be crawlin'. You fucked up. Let's go."[/b] A foot kicked and pushed her behind, hoping to give her some motivation to get up and run. A soft smile spread, excitement shimmering in his eyes. Suppose this is what he needed, desired. She helped him out, now he will do the same. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Newtopia. It was a place that he was all too familiar with. The way the buildings lined the stone streets, the way people went about their daily lives-- it was the same old thing. It was, perhaps, a little strange that he often couldn't find people as night fell. It was almost as though people came and went like spirits passing through this world only to return the next day unexpectedly. It was such a sudden thing. He'd never really gotten used to it. But this was the world he lived in and could only make the best of it. His emerald eyes traced the lines on the ground of the stones' criss cross patterns. He heard the sound of his feet on the ground despite the noise others were making, giving the place a very lively atmosphere. His hood shifted on his head with every step, though it grossly limited his paripherals he didn't remove it. Maybe it was that he was just so used to being secretive, or maybe he just didn't want to attract the attention. Whichever the case, he was often found with it covering his young features. He managed to look up in time to find himself looking at a familiar sign. The Prancing Pegisus. It was a tavern that served refreshments to people with unique properties, restoring stamina and such. It was a little pricy, but he'd stopped by and used the place to catch a nap as long as he didn't get caught. Surprising enough, people didn't question him even as he sat there for several hours straight.
Making up his mind, he pushed open the door to the familiar sight of-- pure and utter chaos. Wait, that wasn't familiar, was it? His eyes widened as he ducked his head, a glass sailing over him to shatter some ways behind him on the stoney ground. "The Hell--" he began before feeling someone grip his shirt and pull him into the building. He hadn't gotten his bearings before he felt a sharp pain on the side of his face, the force of the impact sending him sprawling to the side as a fist had connected with him. A little dazed, he sat up and shook his head groggily. That must have been a warrior, that guy certainly packed a whallop. He felt his cheek sting as he used the opportunity to disappear into the crowd-- or more accurately around their feet. Well, this was certainly interesting. He'd never come here while PvP was in progress. It wasn't long before he felt his feet be suddenly grabbed and he was half drug half thrown backward. He'd thought he'd lost the person who'd hit him, but it was possible that he was just too big a person to blend in all that well. He groaned as he was slammed against the legs of a table, his torso cringing at the dull pain. The first thing he saw was a cluster of color and motion, the next thing he saw was the foot. He extended his hands in front of him and blocked the kick aimed for his torso. Thankfully, the man was literally bull rushed by a bull headed beast.
He took the opportunity to scoot his way under the table, hiding from his aggressors. "Damn..." He seethed, how had things gotten so out of hand so quickly? He hadn't finished the thought before he saw a girl crawling on the floor in front of him. She seemed rather young to be in here in the first place. Regardless, she looked completely out of place amid the chaos. He was about to wave her over when another man spotted her and kicked her. Wait, a guy was actually attacking the girl?! He bolted from his hiding place before he'd realized what he was doing. "RUN!" He yelled, plowing into the man with all his might. With any luck, the girl would be able to stand and get away toward the door in time. Well, if he was gonna get killed in here, it might as well be in trying to help someone.

"Such a waste of time. Idiot didn't even have any gold on him." The girl grumbled as she continued to inch towards the exit slowly on hands and knees. 'Maybe the keep has got something good upstairs.' The thought was enticing. Perhaps she'd find a chest worthy of picking, or a closet with hidden cash. These things should have been the last on her mind, given her current situation; though she didn't see this environment as devastating to her life. Ana knew she'd get out alive. THIS time nothing would be lost, she'd make sure of it.
A loud thud connected with her ear drums, catching her attention due to the closeness of the sound. It made her stop for a moment, as she watched the body of the bartender sprawl across the floor a few feet away from herself. He was dead! Maybe she could raid his things upstairs now, without so much repercussion. Sure the local guards could come in any second to add to the chaotic atmosphere, but if she got away it wouldn't matter in the end. Anastasia got up from the floor, and just as she was about to turn on her heal and head for the back of the bar, she felt something kicking her from behind. The girl stumbled forward, a frown in her expression as she glanced over her shoulder. "Back off!" She yelled, turning around unsteadily to face the culprit pressuring her to step outside.
"Mind your own business frea-" She cut herself off, noticing the man rush up from behind Sai. She immediately stepped out of the way of the both of them, knowing that gravity would force the two forward. The last thing she wanted was to be smooshed beneath two stupid players. Her back pressed against a bar stool, causing her to nearly trip before steadying herself. She watched the two for a moment, before glancing over at the stairs who called her name. She could run for them right now...
The girl pivoted on her feet heading in the direction of the bar keep's quarters. Keeping herself half bent over to avoid thick beer glasses and plates that were thrown about the room, as well as weapons swinging, from hitting her and doing even the slightest of damage. A sudden battle hammer rearing back in front of her face caused her eyes to grow wide for a split second. Ana gasped harshly, ducking her head. Without thinking she aimed her hands at the mans feet close to her. Water emitted from her palms, quickly spreading around the mans ankles, soaking his shoes. Without a stable stance in his swing he slipped on the water around him, his back falling to the floor along with the heavy battle hammer in his hand. It brought a smile to Ana's face as the man groaned and tried to force himself to stand. She giggled sitting up, stepping on the man to get over him and closer to the stairs.
